We employ a patented, ecologically friendly steam-bath technology that was created by The BBQ Cleaner Company, and we are trained experts in its use. All traces of grease and dangerous carbon deposits are safely and effectively removed using the deep steam-cleaning and soaking procedure (along with a little muscle).

To assist ensure your grill functions effectively and safely, we advise having it deep cleaned at least twice a year. Take advantage of our quaterly cleaning programme if you often use your barbecue. Regular grill cleanings will not only ensure that your meal tastes wonderful, but will also assist to reduce corrosion and increase the lifespan of your investment.

This is heavily influenced by the size and state of the grill. Typically, grill cleaning takes two to three hours, but it may take longer if the grill has never been completely cleaned or has a lot of corrosion.

Morning and afternoon appointments are required for all cleanings. Your preferred day and time will be accommodated as much as possible. We advise setting aside two backup dates when arranging.

You might be amazed with what we can do, even with a grill that initially appears to be in poor condition. When we get to your house and find that the grill might not benefit from a deep clean, we’ll let you know what to expect and allow you decide whether to move on or not. Please be aware that our cleaning procedure cannot remove stains from stainless steel or repair corrosion damage.

We are pleased to service your grill whether you are home or not since we genuinely enjoy seeing and engaging with our clients, but we also recognise that you frequently have more important things to take care of. We politely request that the grill be in working order before our visit, that we have access to wherever the grill is kept, and that any dogs be leashed inside if you won’t be home. Sadly, even if we like dogs, they don’t always adore us back.

Most of the time, we won’t relocate your grill (except to pull it over our tarp or to give us a little more room to work with). We can move the grill closer to our work trailer if necessary if there is a need to do so (for example, if there is other work being done in the backyard). Your barbecue won’t be taken away from your property by us.

The majority of our customers have invested a lot of money in their outdoor kitchens or grills, so using our service to keep the grill in top shape will help them get more use out of their purchase. For grill owners interested in routinely scheduled appointments, we offer annual, semi-annual, and quarterly cleaning plans. A week before to your planned cleaning, we’ll send you a text message or email asking you to confirm the day and time. Customers who pay semi-annually receive 10% off each cleaning. Customers who pay quarterly receive 20 percent off each cleaning.
